Good choice but...

We replaced our 2014 Hot Springs Relay spa with the new 2025 model this year, and it is of high quality. But the headrests are not as comfortable. Also, the waterfall is now placed directly in front of the control panel, so you get water in your face if you try to make any adjustments to the jets or lights while in the tub. The new canvas top is lighter than the old vinyl, but not as solid. We'll see how it weathers in the AZ sun.

We love our Hot Springs Relay spa. Very therapeutic. Only downside is led lights should have been lower. Near headrest and can shine in your eyes.

Hotspot Relay Review

We had an older model of the Hotspot Relay at our previous home and liked it. So, when we built a new house, we decided to go with the new version of the Relay. We always liked the seating layout of this model, and the newer version has improved on a number of things over our old 2012 model. The jets are strong, the seats are comfortable, and the new water care system makes caring for it nice and easy. Definitely worth the investment. I sleep so much better after a soak each evening.

HotSpring Relay Spa

Love the construction of the spa and the mechanical workings. Purchased a spa in 2001 from Sabine Pools in Lake Charles and was very pleased with quality and service so I purchased another through Sabine Pools in Lafayette. I have had extreme issues with keeping water quality due to some kind of grease in the water which you can see accumulated on the sides in the picture. This occurred within 3 days of initial startup of the spa. I feel it had some kind of coating or something that has caused this issue. The customer service at the Lafayette location has bent over backwards trying to help rectify this situation, but after working with this since August and now I am in October it is definitely frustrating. Numerous system flushes, draining tub, and wiping the entire tub down before starting over has taken the joy out of using the tub. I want to stress again that the customer service here in Lafayette has been awesome to me working to try to fix the issue
