This is the best purchase I’ve made. We use it every day. This is high quality and really easy to maintain. The jets are really powerful with the ability to turn them down.

fine, but why so complicated?

Compared to similar model I bought in 2000, I'm unimpressed with the new model. Opted for salt system which is far more complicated to manage than the prior ozone / bromine system. Model is unnecessarily complicated - too many jets - who needs 25 little lights or color-changing lighting on the exterior? and build quality is not great. noisier than old model when jets are off. wish I could have bought another 2000 model.

Worth Every Penny!

We had our Hot Spring Flair delivered in December and it has proven to be well worth the cost. Relaxing in the tub after a stressful day is worth every penny invested and we've already noticed some health benefits because of it. We have the Salt System with IQ and while it does take some getting used to, we are happy with the ease of maintenance so far. We look forward to spending many more relaxing soaks in our Hot Spring and would not hesitate to encourage others to buy a Hot Spring Spa.

Should purchased before now

We love our spa - being able to walk out of our bedroom and in 10-12 steps we are in our relaxing spa. We are in our spa sometimes twice a day when home. Our grandchildren love coming to visit and enjoying our spa. Great service scheduling delivery and set-up.

Love our tub, BUT…..

We love our tub, but since the saltwater and freshwater systems have yet to work correctly, our tub experience quality is less than desired. The saltwater system is installed, but it’s telling me to add 2 cups of salt then run the jets for 10 minutes, when the tub already has more salt than it needs according to test strips. The saltwater system salt display says our salt level is right on. And since the saltwater system isn’t quite right yet, the Chlorine and pH displays are inoperative. We have been working with our sales person to get this resolved, but we’re over 2 months with this thing and they still don’t work correctly. Other than these 2 systems causing us issues, we LOVE our tub!!!

Save yourself and just by something else.

I think perhaps once upon a time these were quality hot tubs but not anymore. I have owned my hot tub for three years and have reoccurring problems with the sides warping in the weather. Little google research shows its a common problem. Hot springs will warranty the parts and your local dealer can replace the side pieces but in a month or two the problem will just return. Also, the parts are on backorder and take months to arrive. The quality of materials has become so low that these spas are no longer made to sit outside. I live in Kansas so our temperature is average with some hot days in the summer and some cold days in the winter. Even if the parts are warrantied it does no good if it doesn't fix the problem. At some point Hot Springs will not warranty the parts and then I will have to build something on my own. My recommendation if you are considering a hot tub buy a different brand. The pictures show the most recent piece replaced and then about a month later there is such a gap on the bottom I can fit my hand in between the panel and the hot tub frame. If the gap is large enough for my hand its large enough for mice and animals which then just make the problem worse.
