NOT THE BEST DECISION I MADE, ELECTRICITY AND WATER DON'T MIX.

IT TOOK ABOUT OVER 6MO TO 1 YR TO REPLACE PANEL AND NOT FIXING BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS. SERVICE RELACEMENT FOR DEFECTED PANEL FOR BLACK MARKS DRIPPING DOWN THE SIDE. AFTER OBSERVING THE BLACK DRIPPING MARKS ARE STILL THERE AN ACTUALLY COMING FROM THE SPA COVER. THATS ANOTHER $850 EXPENSE I WILL DISH OUT. THAT TOOK ABOUT OVER 6MO TO 1 YR TO REPLACE PANEL AND NOT FIXING BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS. I ASK HIM IF HE TOOK A LOOK AT THE SPEAKERS WHILE THE PANEL WAS OFF? THATS WHEN HE SAID THE NO, I ASK WHY! HE REPLIED, THAT ELECTRICITY AND WATER DON'T MIX. THEN HE LEFT. I WAS KINDA DUMB-FOUNDED FOR WORDS HOW AND WHY HE COULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER THAT SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON A HIGH END, HIGHLIFE VANGUARD SPA. NOTE 1: THAT THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTS TO DEVICES, BUT NO SOUND COMES OUT OF SPEAKERS NOTE 2: PHOTOS OF PANELS ARE UPON REQUEST BOUGHT SPA DURING COVID IT WAS INSTALLED DEC. 2020

Vanguard Review

The Vanguard is my 4th hot tub over the last 30 years and it’s a disappointment. It’s advertised to seat 6 but its too crowded with any more than 2. Half of the tub is taken up with filters and a bench. Also, the hot water intake comes out of the floor and is too hot to have your feet anywhere near there. Before you buy, I suggest taking 4 people and sit in one. The moto-massage is a nice feature, but it fails. Its an easy fix for the technician, but will cost after the warranty period.

I want to reassure you that the heater return is positioned to help you keep your feet away from that area for your comfort. If your spa's moto jet isn’t working as expected, please don't hesitate to contact your dealer; they’re ready to help you with any service you might need. It’s also worth checking the air valve that controls the moto jet. If it’s not completely open, the jet won't function properly since it requires full air pressure to work effectively.

Great Spa! Would definitely recommend!

I use it daily after having it for two months and have enjoyed the muscle and stress relief. Having numerous different types of jets and positions is great. Kids and wife like to use once or twice a week both as a family and individually. The kids have even had friend groups come over to enjoy it a few times. No issues so far as water maintenance has been fairly easy to manage with once or twice a week attention. Everyone has really enjoyed this addition to the home.

Worst purchase ever made

Have had nothing but problems since day one. Had to get a replacement due to cracking. New one is no better. IQ and Salt systems are a joke. Currently Working to return for full refund. Definately not worth the price. Waiting almost a month for refund decision.

Worthy investment

We love our Vanguard spa. i love the salt system so much. when you get out you don’t feel like you smell like chlorine. it is very comfortable and roomy for plenty of adults. It is a little more care than i realized but once we got the salt level right it has been a little easier to maintain. I definitely recommend getting one.

I use my Vanguard virtually DAILY. It is the experience I have wanted for years. I feel good about having this high quality spa. It is the absolute perfect way to end the day... DAILY. I'm so happy I got it!

Terrible build quality

Bought a Vanguard less than 3 months ago and it’s been a comedy of issues since purchase. Most recently our circulation pump died last week and I had to escalate with the local dealer twice to get a service appointment sooner than 2 weeks out to get it fixed (supposed to be coming today). This is my third tub I’ve owned over the years and am so far extremely disappointed in the apparent build quality compared to my prior Clearwater and Coast. Parts shouldn’t be dying less than 3 months in and it shouldn’t take an insane amount of effort to get speedy service especially given Watkins’ closed ecosystem.
