Happy with our Hot Spring (Relay) Spa

We've had our Relay model about 3 months now and love it. Two problems we experienced: 1) the union (coupling) on the single-speed pump keeps coming loose when it turns on; will have to call for service to tighten. Simple fix it seems, but annoying. 2) Greater use of spa chemicals (chlorination granules, oxidizer, silver ion sticks, etc.) than anticipated. Other than these issues, high-quality spa with powerful jets. Would purchase again.

Nightmare purchase

This has been a nightmare purchase, ever since the tub was bought - have had 1 issue after another. The tub leaked , weird error messages which even took weeks for service tech to troubleshoot. For a 6 month old tub - this has been an extremely harrowing purchase .

Don’t waste your money

This hot tub is terrible for the price. Cover started leaking after less than two years. Now I have to pay just to have it removed. The dealer was zero help as well.

Loving It!

This is my fourth spa in 25 years. I went with the Stride as 90% of the time I am using this alone, the other 10% with my wife. Didn’t need anything fancy crazy…just hot water. I have had the Stride for a couple of weeks and so far love the tub and the inline Frog Ease care.
